Senior Design Manager
The Senior Design Manager oversees the coordination and delivery of major water/wastewater framework projects across Limerick, Galway, Tipperary, and Clare regions.
1. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership skills and experience managing large-scale design projects. You should also possess strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams including project managers, designers engineers architects estimators drafters etc.
2. You must have expertise in CAD/BIM software particularly REVIT AUTOCAD FLEXI BUILDER OTHER related tools as well sufficient knowledge regarding material types quantity takeoffs cost estimation phasing construction logistics sites offices manufacturing plant premises utilities grounds administrative facilities finance computer systems control equipment installation dismantling commissioning warranties servicing routine maintenance replacement upgrading upgrading ageing existing infrastructure objects spaces envelopes openings finishes decking floors slabs walls partitions ceilings exterior cladding windows doors skylights staircases corridors walkways ramp entries elevations exteriors interiors based materials coatings flooring ceiling roofing insulation drainage
