About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered General/Paediatric/Disability Nurse to provide one-on-one care to paediatric clients in their own home.
As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care that ensures clients receive the best possible support in the comfort of their own homes.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized care services tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals. This may include assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; managing medications; providing nutrition and hydration support;complex medical procedures including airway management;, suctioning,stoma care, etc. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure seamless coordination of patient care plans.
