Company Secretarial Administrator | Hybrid | Dublin My client is seeking a Company Secretarial Administrator to join their talented team of proactive professional advisors servicing clients across Ireland.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Partner in Naas, Co. Kildare.
This is a 12-month Maternity Cover - 3 days in office 2 at home Responsibilities: Monitoring company annual returns.
Filing company annual returns Preparation of company minutes.
Providing administrative and secretarial support to our team Attending and taking minutes of, or procuring that minutes are taken, of General Meetings, Board meetings and specified sub-committee meetings The Ideal Candidate: Excellent communication and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills.
A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fastpaced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
