Are you a proactive sales professional with a passion for events and hospitality? We’re looking for a dynamic Event Sales Manager to drive private event sales for this hospitality group and build strong relationships with tour groups, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and corporate clients.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on outbound sales and exceptional event execution. Working primarily across a large, city-centre venue with multiple event spaces, you’ll also support a secondary venue with a private function room.
What You’ll Do:
* Proactively generate leads and secure bookings from tour operators, DMCs, and corporate clients
* Manage event enquiries from first contact to execution, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
* Be on-site Tuesday to Saturday, with Saturdays focused on reviewing setups and client meet and greet (no late nights)
* Collaborate with operations to ensure successful delivery of pre-wedding parties, birthdays, and private events
* Support occasional bookings at secondary bar venue
