Job Title: Junior Credit Control Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Finance team as a Credit Control Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the credit control manager and assisting with the management of customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner
• Manage all post, inbound and outbound communications
• Assist with the preparation and submission of invoices to customers
• Support the credit control team with administration tasks, ensuring an efficient and timely service to all customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
• Previous experience working in a credit, accounts receivable or finance team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong computer knowledge and PC skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word
• Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
• Strong commitment to delivering customer excellence
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
