Role involves:
* Working alongside our administration and engineering teams,
streamlining administrative tasks and managing email flow,
generating reports and fielding
all inquiries
.
* Liaising with clients such as suppliers, insurance companies and repairers.
* Providing exceptional customer service.
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities:
* Foundation knowledge & interest in cars.
* Good computer knowledge.
* Good attention to detail.
* A background in the Motor trade would be beneficial or a similar admin role.
* An understanding of the Audatex estimating platform is required; however, full training will be provided.
Salary:
* Base salary is negotiable based on experience.
