Human Resources Generalist
Artemis Human Capital is proud to partner with an Irish-owned, rapidly growing and market-leading organisation in the recruitment of a newly created HR Generalist role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to provide comprehensive HR support to 100 employees, with backing from the Group HR Team and close collaboration with company leadership to enhance workplace culture, innovation, and performance. What will you do as HR Generalist?
Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will deliver HR support across the full spectrum to 100 employees in Ireland and the UK, with support from the Group HR Team.
Your duties will include:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
* Providing specialist HR advisory support on employee relations issues such as disciplinaries and grievances.
* Updating recruitment strategies to include engagement with schools and colleges for entry-level talent.
* Ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with employment laws and align with business goals.
* Implementing and reporting on the new HRIS system.
* Supporting payroll administration, including updates for bonuses and KPI targets.
* Revamping performance management processes to monitor and enhance employee performance.
* Organizing team-building events and leading employee engagement initiatives.

What will you require as HR Generalist?
* Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience
* Proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll support
* Experience in conducting performance reviews, HR reporting, and organizing engagement activities
* Familiarity with HRIS systems and support for their implementation
* HR Degree or equivalent qualification (desirable)
* Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution sectors (advantageous)
