We are currently seeking a detail oriented professional individual to represent our hotel.Key responsibilities are:Handle group & tour reservations accurately.Maintain up to date knowledge of room types, rates, promotions and hotel amenities.Coordinate with the front office and other departments to ensure guest requests are met.Update the hotel website/booking engines & social mediaInputting rates and T&C's for tours & privatesDealing with meeting room bookings & enquiriesAbility to multi task and work in a busy environmentExperience with Hotsoft is desirable and a distinct advantageExcellent work ethic and attention to detailJob specifications:Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or a related customer service role preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational abilitiesFamiliarity with hotel booking systems would be an advantageA professional, courteous demeaner and ability to remain calm under pressure.If you're ready to be part of a hotel team that values tradition & excellent service we want hear from you.
