Technical Sales Specialist for CNC Machining Processes
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in Northern Ireland by leveraging technical expertise and market knowledge.
* Provide expert advice on machining strategies, tooling solutions, and optimization techniques to drive sales growth.
* Conduct onsite trials, demonstrations, and machining process evaluations to enhance customer experience.
* Develop and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and machining strategies that meet customer needs.
* Resolve issues related to machining performance or tooling application through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Collaborate closely with internal technical and sales teams to share knowledge, best practices, and sales insights.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and ongoing technical support to build trust and loyalty.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 23 years of experience in CNC programming and machining.
* A background in manufacturing or mechanical engineering with a focus on precision and quality.
* Familiarity with CAD/CAM software to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Completion of an engineering apprenticeship or similar training in mechanical or manufacturing disciplines.
