We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional service across conferences, meetings, weddings, and banquets. Your primary goal will be to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Event Operations team to deliver high-quality events.
* Oversee the smooth running of conferences, banquets, meetings, and special events.
* Manage stock control and ordering in line with targets.
* Work with senior management to achieve revenue goals.
* Handle guest queries professionally and promote hotel facilities through upselling.
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Event Operations Manager or in a senior F&B/events leadership role.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Proven success in delivering high-quality events in a hotel or hospitality setting.
