Job Purpose:
To assist in the day-to-day administration duties of the office
Key Receptionist Responsibilities:
* Answering the telephone
* Taking messages and logging all calls
* Greeting all visitors to the office
* Dealing with other enquiries (mail, E-mail, telephone, as directed)
Key Administration:
* Responsibilities:Data input into Quickbooks to the highest level of accuracy (training will be provided)
* Sorting the incoming post, packing envelopes & scanning/photocopying.
* Handling all filing in an accurate and timely manner.
* Assisiting with meeting and conference organisation, as requested.
* Updating the CRO & RBO (training will be provided)
* Updating the PRTB website (training will be provided)
Desirable Skills:
* Flexible and reliable
* Able to work on own initiative and as part of the team
* Willing to do a variety of tasks
* Willing to do undertake training
* Training will be provided for all reception duties
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €27,000.00 per year
