Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, developing sourcing strategies, and managing the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in shaping the organization's workforce by ensuring the right people are placed in the right positions to drive company success.

Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also maintain a network of potential candidates, manage job postings, and collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in building relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Qualifications

* Strong knowledge of
talent acquisition processes
including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
* Proven ability to
source candidates
using various tools, such as job boards, social media, and networking.
* Experience with
applicant tracking systems (ATS)
and other recruitment software.
* Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills
for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to
manage multiple openings
and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong
problem-solving abilities
to resolve candidate or process-related issues efficiently.
* Knowledge of
employment laws
and compliance requirements related to hiring and recruitment.
* Attention to detail
in reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly.
* Strong
time management skills
to meet deadlines and achieve recruitment targets.
* Experience in conducting
behavioral interviews
and utilizing various interview techniques.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with
hiring managers
and other team members to understand staffing needs.
