Key Responsibilities
1. Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and supportive approach to management.

3. Ensure accurate completion of processes, routines, and systems across all departments.
4. Plan seasonal, trade driving, and promotional activities to maximise sales, impact, and presentation.
5. Implement safe and legal routines for all departments, with contingency plans in place for any identified issues.
6. Maintain open communication channels, ensuring colleagues understand their objectives, have regular reviews, career discussions, and a live Personal Development Plan (PDP).
