To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A proven track record as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team of experienced chefs
• Strong financial acumen to manage food costs and drive profitability
• Creativity and vision to develop menus that are both delicious and visually appealing
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations
