Our client is a fast-growing global group. Due to a recent acquisition, they are looking to recruit for a Finance Director who will be based in Dublin, with travel to their European division as the company scales further in the region. This role sits as #1 in the subsidiary, with strong wider promotional opportunities within the business as they go through an exciting expansion journey.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and enthusiastic leader, experienced in complex multinational/matrix organisations and managing large teams.
Location: Ireland, with access to airport and flexibility as monthly European travel required
Compensation: D.O.E plus 24 days AL and healthcare

Key Responsibilities:
Project Cash Flow & Liquidity Management
Treasury & Funding Strategy, FX risk management framework aligned with capital structure
Reporting, MIS & Capital Visibility
Oversee Financial Governance and Commercials
Risk Management and contingency planning
Process improvements, assess existing departmental capabilities and gaps
Ensure regional governance (tax, compliance, transfer pricing)
Manage a team of accountants and auditors
Key Skills:
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with significant leadership experience at a large divisional or group level
Background in large, complex MNC/Plc environments. Construction, engineering or telecomms sector an advantage
Ability to multitask and work towards tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
Hands-on, approachable and energetic
Flexibility to travel to European site monthly
