We're searching for a chatty, enthusiastic team member to be the welcoming face and voice of our busy family portrait studio. If you love connecting with people, thrive in a lively environment, and want to help families create lasting memories, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Hours:
3pm to 6pm on three weekdays and 6 hours on Saturday
Duties & Responsibilities
* Greet clients warmly and ensure every visit feels special
* Book appointments and manage client schedules over the phone
* Organize viewings and collection appointments with care and attention
* Deliver a seamless, memorable experience from first call to final photo
* Support the studio team with daily administrative tasks
* Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area
Requirements
* Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
* Confident communicator, both on the phone and in person
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable using basic computer systems and scheduling tools
* Previous experience in a reception, sales, or customer-facing role is a plus
* Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude
