Job Requirements
· Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (including electrical modalities) or equivalent
· Level 4 Diploma in Chemical Peels and Microneedling an advantage
· Minimum three years experience
· Excellent presentation and communication skills
· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and measure impact
· Experience delivering education an advantage
· Confident navigating challenging conversations with solution-focused outcomes
· Professional appearance and ease communicating at all levels
· Dermalogica product and service knowledge an advantage
Job Responsibilities
Drive education programmes that inspire engagement and deliver measurable sales growth
Use education as a strategic commercial tool across the trade channel
Build strong, trusted relationships with trade partners and professional skin therapists
Deliver relevant, impactful, and inspiring education experiences
Promote and deliver education to diverse audiences and account types
Analyse feedback and commercial outcomes to evolve education strategy
Anticipate future training needs through industry and partner insights
Create and deliver bespoke training for key and top-tier accounts
Maintain exceptional education standards while adapting delivery style
Plan and deliver onsite and offsite trade events
Support product launches, services, and promotions through education
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Education teams
Act as a visible, confident brand ambassador for Dermalogica
Deliver engaging workshops with confidence and expertise
Maintain advanced knowledge of products, treatments, and skin science
Build long-term partnerships grounded in trust, expertise, and results
Contribute to digital education, live streams, video content, and PR support
Stay connected to professional skincare trends and industry evolution
Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and energy
