We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Administrator to fill an exciting role. This position offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
* Take customer calls and provide a friendly, efficient service experience
* Enter and process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
* Generate invoices and maintain records on internal systems efficiently
* Utilize customer web portals to process transactions and upload relevant information
* Monitor stock levels in partnership with the warehouse team to ensure seamless operations
* Provide support to the sales team on queries and general administration tasks
* At least 12 months of experience in a busy customer service or administrative role
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
