* Implement structured engineering review processes to minimise design risks.
* Coordinate workstream activities and ensure prioritisation of critical path tasks.
* Communicate clearly with all internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress and risks.
* Anticipate potential issues and develop effective mitigation strategies.
* Oversee program budgets and resource planning.
* Collaborate with functional leaders to support team development and recruitment.
* Contribute to the implementation of a quality system aligned with ISO and regulatory standards.
* Promote innovation and support IP generation to protect novel developments.

Candidate Profile:

* Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in medical device development, ideally in cardiovascular or interventional cardiology.
* Proven track record in program management within a regulated environment.
* Strong organisational and project execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, start-up style environment.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
* Understanding of quality systems and regulatory frameworks.

Why Apply?

* Join a fast-moving company developing a truly innovative cardiac technology.
* Be part of a close-knit, multidisciplinary team where your impact is direct and measurable.
* Competitive salary and benefits package.
* Opportunity to shape the direction of a game-changing medical product.
