The Master Data Management/Artwork Specialist is responsible for coordinating all actions for associated to printed packaging components with various internal departments, suppliers and head office.
They are also responsible for all elements of Master Data Management associated to the manufacturer / purchase of an item.
Operational: Monitor, manage and control the end-to-end artwork process for all printed packaging components, ensuring all actions and approvals are completed within the agreed lead-times.
Work in close connection with the internal Supply Chain functions of Material Planning, FP Planning and Material Controllers to ensure artwork compliance.
Ensure all relevant documentation and both internal and corporate systems are updated and are available for all printed packaging components.
Create detailed agreements for all printed packaging components with the relevant suppliers.
Manage and support the introduction of new products/market launches.
Support the development and implementation of new pack format /changes to existing pack items.
Ensure that Master Data is of the highest standard, complies with global governance and is fit for purpose.
Create and maintain all Material Master Data set-ups within the ERP ensuring a high accuracy of right first time.
Create and updated Bill of Materials (BOM) and Recipes in ERP due to NPI and on-going changes to existing BOMs.
Troubleshoot master data issues reported.
Identify and support the implementation of potential changes to sustain continuous process improvements.
