Legal Secretary/Executive Role

We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary/Executive to join our litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in document management and administration.


Main Responsibilities:

* Manage licensing documents on the Courts Services Online (CSOL) portal, ensuring timely and accurate uploads.
* Oversee annual licensing renewals, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure smooth processes.
* Keep client files up-to-date and accurate, maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail.
* Draft instructions for Counsel, compiling briefs and other necessary materials.
* Communicate effectively with clients and service providers, addressing queries and concerns in a professional manner.
* Oversee billing procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Prepare court and hearing packs, providing critical support to our litigation team.
* Provide coverage for other administrative staff as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.


Requirements:

* Minimum 4 years' experience as a legal secretary or executive in litigation, with a proven track record of success.
* Experience reviewing large documents, identifying key information and extracting relevant data.
