We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Lead to take ownership of operational delivery and optimisation of energy management solutions within an industrial and engineering-focused environment. Reporting to the Director (Ireland), this is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, improving service delivery, and ensuring successful execution of complex energy management projects for industrial manufacturing clients. The successful candidate will bring strong experience in operations, project management, and team leadership within consultancy, engineering, or industrial environments, with a passion for sustainability, efficiency, and innovation. This is a hybrid role based in Limerick, offering flexibility alongside collaboration with on-site teams and clients.
