Image Skillnet is a national training and development network supporting businesses and professionals across the beauty, hair and aesthetics sector in Ireland. We work in collaboration with industry, training providers and stakeholders to deliver relevant, high-quality upskilling and professional development opportunities.
Based in Carrick-on-Shannon, Image Skillnet supports its members through structured training programmes, industry-led initiatives and ongoing engagement, with a strong focus on practical skills, compliance and business development. The organisation is growing and continues to expand its programme offering in line with industry needs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
· Procurement process
· Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
· Liaise with external accountants, funders, and financial institutions
· Ensure compliance with relevant tax and regulatory requirements
· Support payroll and HR-related administrative functions
· Supporting general office administration, systems, and processes
· Contribute to business planning and development.
· Deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
· A relevant qualification in accounting or finance management
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial role
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks and improve systems
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in financial software (e.g. Xero, Collsoft) and Microsoft Office (strong knowledge of Excel)
· Industry knowledge or experience strong advantage.
