We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and who will also provide some support to the Heads of Department. A brilliant multi-tasker, to provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the office of the CEO. Duties may be clerical, administrative, and project-based, meeting and event management, and include scheduling travel, arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence and liaising with board members and other stakeholders.This position is often privy to confidential information and as such, requires diplomacy and discretion. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the CEO's working life and communication.You will be at the heart of the organisation.
