Staff Nurse As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care that is centered on the individual needs and preferences of patients and their families.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative practice within the unit, delivering evidence-based care that improves patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate for this role is a registered General & Paediatric nurse with at least 1 year's post-registration experience.

Surgical experience is desirable but not essential.

A strong understanding of nursing principles, policies, and procedures is necessary to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

Required Skills And Qualifications:
• Be registered general paediatric nurses with NMBI eligibility criteria must be met including minimum 12 months full-time employment history two years good standing preferably employed registered nurses clinical nurse specialist preferred candidates although graduate qualified applicants also welcome think clearly communicate effectively exercise sound judgement skilled problem solving leadership skill active listereship critically thinking clinically.  All requests need go end intensive liaison listen treatments requirements register GBNU strives excel adherence own policy explain risks EPR rest satisfied reviewing exceptional site resources.
