What you bring5+ years' aviation experience (lessor, airline, OEM, bank or similar). Strong grasp of aviation finance and lease structures. A track record in sourcing, closing and managing complex transactions. Deep industry network and collaborative, cross-team mindset. Second language a plus; travel-ready and flexible.
