We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Qualified Healthcare Assistants to join our team across various locations in Ireland. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals, promoting their well-being and independence.
Pay Rates:
* €13.50 to €15.00 per hour (Monday to Saturday)
* €15.50 to €17.00 per hour (Sundays)
* €27.00 to €30.00 per hour (Public Holidays)
* Travel Allowance: €13.10 per hour (pro rata) while travelling between calls
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
* Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
* Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and well-being
* Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients
* Maintain accurate records of care provided
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Qualified Healthcare Assistants or equivalent with at least one year of professional experience
* Full EU driving license is required; ideally, candidates should have their own car.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Compassionate and patient demeanor
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
