About the Programme:
Our 15-month graduate journey is designed to fast-track talented individuals into key commercial roles, with particular opportunities in:
* HR, Service & Aftersales
From day one, you'll work closely with world-class brands like Audi, Volvo, Jaguar Land Rover, Peugeot, Renault, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and more—building experience that sets you apart in the job market.
What You'll Gain:
All graduates will be enrolled in a UCC-accredited programme delivered by the Irish Management Institute (IMI), covering core business skills including:
* Negotiation & Influence
* Design Thinking & Innovation
* Teamwork & Leadership
* Strategic Communication
* Commercial Awareness
You'll also gain access to specialist qualifications (e.g. QFA exams, Google Analytics), preparing you for long-term success in finance, sales, and beyond.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (minimum 2:1 or expected 2:1)
* Full driver's licence (essential for Sales roles)
* Full legal right to work in Ireland
