Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Cornamona, Co. Galway. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production process, including managing teams, ensuring quality control, implementing production schedules, and maintaining strict adherence to safety and hygiene regulations. The role also involves liaising with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.
Qualifications
Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations
Experience in inventory management and supply chain coordination
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in the food production industry or a related field is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
Ability to work on-site in Cornamona and adapt to a dynamic production environment
