Senior Commercial Project Manager Role
A prominent position within a leading Irish contractor has become available. The role requires an experienced professional to oversee commercial projects throughout the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

Our client is a well-established contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale residential and commercial projects across various sectors, including data centers, hospitality, and pharmaceuticals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing valuations, applications for payment, reconciliations of costs, and contract final accounts. Additionally, they will provide essential information to enable accurate review of cash flow and contract positions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing monthly, interim, and final valuations
* Managing sub-contracts and specialists' contracts
* Conducting detailed examinations of contract documents
* Coordinating with the Procurement Manager to place sub-contracts
* Preparing contract final accounts and submitting them for agreement
* Recording contractual delays and managing contract surveyors
The ideal candidate should possess:
* 10+ years of experience in construction or civil engineering
* Chartered status or working towards chartership with the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCS)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong IT skills
The company offers a competitive salary of €100K-€120K, negotiable based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
