Construction Project Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team.
* Evaluate and verify site-specific project information to guarantee accurate documentation and maintain compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements and building codes.
* Monitor and oversee construction activities to ensure projects meet established deadlines and quality standards.
* Liaise closely with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to provide critical technical support on drawing interpretations and clarify any doubts regarding project scope, timelines and resources required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
They will also be expected to coordinate and facilitate daily site operations by establishing clear lines of communication among all relevant parties involved in the project's execution. Additionally, they will maintain detailed records of project progress and report any safety concerns to their superiors.
This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to guarantee that projects are completed efficiently, effectively and within budget. A keen eye for problem-solving and an ability to communicate complex ideas clearly will be essential in this position.
