OverviewPeople Services Program Lead — LogitechLocation: Cork, Ireland. Hybrid: 2 days a week on site.We are seeking an experienced, driven HR professional to join our global People Experience & Services (PE&S) team as a Program Lead. This role focuses on driving global employee-centric HR processes and workflows, partnering with the business to optimize through continuous improvement and transformation, and delivering sustainable and excellent People Services across the organization. PE&S centralizes administration of Logitech’s people data and processes and is evolving with AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), analytics and process re-engineering.ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional projects to deliver an excellent employee experience and enhance operational effectiveness throughout the employee lifecycleUnderstand customer requirements; identify, evaluate and recommend solutions to deliver an excellent employee experiencePartner with HR CoEs and the business to lead process improvements across People Services programs, data reporting, processes and systemsDrive a quality mindset with measures, reports and KPIs to aid planning and realise ROIDrive regional and global People and Culture process optimisation while balancing flexibility and localisationFacilitate project scoping and priority setting, engaging key stakeholders as requiredBe the subject matter expert in HR processes and systems, driving process improvements across regionsAct as change agent for PE&S with communications plans, impact assessments and stakeholder feedback to lead change managementDevelop and deliver self-service supports, including communications, training, process updates, operating guidelines and playbooksParticipate in ad-hoc projects, user testing and data validation for system enhancementsKey QualificationsProven HR experience in a fast-paced, multinational environmentGlobal HR experience with cross-functional and multi-regional collaborationUnderstanding of HRIS and data processes (preferably Workday) and generalist HR deliveryDemonstrated leadership and proactive partnership across functional teamsResults- and quality-driven with strong service orientationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong analytical and logical reasoning skillsPMP certification a plus; knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)Experience as a project manager leading cross-functional change initiatives is desirableSelf-starter with drive to continuously improve processes and remove inefficienciesAbility to analyse metrics and trends to evaluate project success and manage risksExperience creating and maintaining project plans, reports and dashboardsCareer Path & GrowthYou'll join a team where growth is real and visible, with progression into roles such as Senior Program Manager, HR Business Partner, or Global HR Operations Lead.
