* Adhere to Production Principles, prioritizing customer needs without compromising quality or freshness.
* Use and follow How to Cards consistently to meet Pret standards.
* Carry out successful Line Checks and address any identified improvements.
* Ensure no Made to Sell (MTS) rejects are on display in Langars.
* Continuously develop the team’s knowledge about food and coffee quality.
* Ensure Barista Prepared Drinks are made by trained employees to the highest standards consistently.
WELL-LOVED SHOP
* Maintain Food Safety and Health & Safety Standards to ensure safety of team and customers.
* Monitor and record all safety checks accurately.
* Take immediate corrective action on issues affecting customers, team, or sales.
* Keep the shop clean, safe, and equipment well maintained.
* Apply MBWA principles to proactively monitor Pret Standards and view the shop through the customers’ eyes.
* Report and escalate any quality issues with due diligence.
SHOP PROFITABILITY
* Maximize sales, labour efficiency, and profit through support of the Big 4 (Forecasting, Rota, Ordering, and Production).
* Accurately carry out ordering aligned with business needs.
* Lead, monitor, and follow up on Mystery Shopper requirements.
* Ensure good stock control by following the 7 Steps of Unaccounted.
* Adhere to Pret’s Financial Standards to minimize risks and ensure team safety.
* Follow merchandising guidelines and utilize marketing effectively to drive sales.
GROWING SALES
* Consistently follow merchandising guidelines and leverage marketing to boost sales.
* Support the execution of successful food launches.
* Encourage clear and engaging communication between the kitchen and FOH to meet business needs.
* Support Marketplace opportunities.
