Engagement Program Manager (Finance / Investment)London, UK or Maynooth, IrelandWe have a position available for an Engagement Program Manager with strong technical engagement management experience gained in the asset management, investment management domain.Some of what you will do:Build out the Engagement Services team which includes workflow specialists; customer data analystsCoach & mentor team members in the planning and coordination of workWork with stakeholders in global asset management & ensure customers receive the right enablement for their automated compliance journeyContinuously strive for improvement across engagement model & deliveryExperience required:Technical engagement management experience in the asset management, asset service provider or investment management domain, or in a role in an established Big 4 Consulting firm Solid Program management or delivery management experienceSkilled in problem solving engagement models, from initiation right through to implementation and go-liveExperience in leading and running engagement of service delivery teams & overseeing the touchpoints across data integration, workflow and business processesStrong customer facing experience with strong regulatory risk and compliance knowledgePassionate about data & well versed in how data integration and workflow design deliver regulatory risk and compliance automationExcellent understanding of cloud based technologies
