About Your New Job as a Clerical Officer Update employee records: Ensure all data in the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) is accurate, up-to-date, and handled with strict confidentiality.
Support onboarding: Assist with the induction and onboarding process for new employees.
Coordinate job advertisements: Manage the advertising of vacancies internally and externally, liaising with third-party platforms.
Interview and Training support: Provide logistical support for interviews and training sessions, including room bookings, materials preparation, and note-taking.
Maintain HR trackers: Monitor shared inboxes and support with ad hoc reporting.
General administrative support: Assist the People Operations & Talent Acquisition teams with various administrative tasks.
What Skills You Need as Clerical Officer Clerical/administration experience: Relevant experience in a similar role.
Interpersonal skills: Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Communication skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail: High accuracy in all work.
Microsoft Office proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to learn: Eagerness to develop skills, knowledge, and expertise.
Desirable Skills HR administration experience: Previous experience in HR administration.
Irish language proficiency: Fluency in or a working knowledge of the Irish language.
