Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our production team. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments, including Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to drive improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prior experience in the life sciences manufacturing sector is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of people management experience is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain production schedules that align with organizational objectives.
* Oversee production processes to ensure alignment with customer delivery schedules and overall production goals.
* Support the Cleanroom Supervisor in meeting daily production targets by providing guidance and resolving any issues.
* Assign workload to production team members to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
* Suggest and implement improvements to enhance production capacity, quality, and overall efficiency.
* Organize training programs in partnership with HR to enhance employee skills and productivity.
* Troubleshoot production-related issues and implement effective solutions.
* Determine and manage material, manpower, and equipment needs for projects.
* Work closely with the Quality Team to ensure products meet the required specifications and customer expectations.
* Ensure that final products meet customer requirements and specifications, taking corrective action as needed.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in people management.
* Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device sector is preferred.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
