We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in Dublin for a Senior Associate to join their Employment team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a successful Employment team, managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, providing practical and commercially focused advice on a broad range of employment and equality law issues, and supporting employment law aspects of corporate transactions.
The Senior Associate will also represent clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court, and the courts, advise on dispute resolution strategies and participate in mediations and arbitrations, maintain and develop client relationships across the public and private sectors, and deliver employment law training to clients.
5+ years’ PQE;
Strong employment background (contentious & non-contentious);
Ability to develop relationships;
Technically excellent;
Flexible team player.
Excellent salary package (commensurate with experience);
