Job Title: Project Engineer

Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate projects from start to finish.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with GMP and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Train and supervise staff as needed.
* Report on project status and KPIs to senior management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
* At least 7 years of relevant engineering experience.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to write clear and concise reports.
* Proficiency in computer skills.
