Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Assistant to support our finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised individual who is familiar with construction accounting needs.
* Assist with the preparation of financial reports
* Process and track supplier invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
* Match and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining accurate records of all transactions;
* Supporting subcontractor payments (RCT rules) in coordination with project teams;

i. At least an Accountant Technician qualification.
iteam Experience: A minimum 12 years of accounting experience preferably in a construction environment Familiarity with job costing desirable Knowledge of Sage 50 desirable.
