This role involves client management, team leadership, and driving the adoption of cloud accounting software to enhance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management
Oversee the Cloud Accounting department to ensure high service standards and team development.
Manage and analyse management accounts, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
Train and mentor team members on cloud tools and best practices.
Client Management & Business Development
Build strong client relationships and provide expert guidance on cloud accounting software.
Develop strategies to attract new clients and drive revenue growth.
Represent the firm at industry events and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Technical Expertise
Proficiency in cloud accounting tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
Stay updated on industry trends and engage in relevant certifications.
Operational Excellence
Streamline processes and maintain a focus on quality.
Contribute to the team culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Ideal Candidate
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent preferred.
Extensive experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and client management.
Strong knowledge of cloud accounting software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
