Opportunity Overview

This role presents an excellent opportunity to learn within a growing and dynamic department, passionate about building relationships and providing award-winning customer service.

You will lead a range of tasks related to general administration and business support obligations for our Group AVC Payroll portfolio of schemes.

Requirements

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and focus on quality, with ability to check others' work and take on problems.
* Strong customer focus with understanding of customer needs.
* Great teamwork skills and ability to monitor own work for accuracy and quality.
* Effective interpersonal skills and relationship management skills.
* Ability to multi-task and assess priorities.
* Strong PC skills, including Excel.
* Flexible approach towards change, solutions-oriented.


Essential Qualifications

* Third Level or Pensions-related qualification is desirable.


About the Team

The New Ireland Assurance Corporate Pensions Department administers Corporate Defined Contribution Pension and Group Risk Schemes.

Our focus is on delivering exceptional customer service to advisors/clients, ensuring retention of existing business and assisting sales colleagues in securing additional Corporate new business.
