This role is suited to an experienced supervisor with a strong background in heavy civils who can lead crews and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and plant/equipment to meet project deadlines.
Oversee works such as earthworks, drainage, utilities, and structural concrete.
Monitor site progress, address issues promptly, and report to the Site Agent/Project Manager.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental policies are fully adhered to on site.
Maintain site records and contribute to progress reporting.
Requirements: Trade qualification, construction diploma, or a relevant engineering background.
5+ years experience supervising teams on heavy civils projects (roads, structures, or utilities).
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate site teams.
Strong knowledge of construction/engineering methods, sequencing, and site safety.
Full driving licence and flexibility to work across multiple sites.
