The Executive Finance Assistant role plays a vital part in optimizing the CEO's time, ensuring robust systems, and coordinating Board activities efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records and handle correspondence within the finance team.
* Manage office supplies and support the finance team effectively.
* Collaborate with staff across the organization to ensure regulatory, legal, and operational compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A Leaving Cert level education and further studies in Office Administration, Business, or a relevant field.
* At least 3 years of experience working in a busy office environment.
* Strong IT skills with advanced MS Office abilities, particularly in MS Word and MS Excel.
* Experience consulting with Senior Management and Board members.
* Fluency in English, written and verbal.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
This is a permanent, full-time contract (37 hours per week) based at our offices.
