Job Title: HR AdministratorJob SummaryThe HR Administrator provides essential administrative support to the Management Team. This role involves managing employee records, coordinating recruitment, and training activities, assisting with payroll, and serving as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain employee records in both digital and physical formats according to company policy and legal requirements.Assist with recruitment by posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing employment contracts.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including orientations, training schedules, and new hire documentation.Support payroll preparation by tracking absences, bonuses, and leave data.Organize HR events such as training sessions, seminars, and job fairs.Update internal HR databases with employee information, leave records, and performance data.Prepare HR documents like contracts, policy updates, and staff handbooks.Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.Produce HR metrics and reports when requested.Process any reference requests, bank and mortgage forms etcEnsure all employee documents are up to date, issued and signed.Provide relevant administrative support as requiredDesirable QualificationsDegree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in an HR support role or administrative position.Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.Skills and CompetenciesExcellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal.High level of confidentiality and discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.What we offerCompetitive salaries, excellent training, support and exceptional career prospects.
