We are recruiting a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to provide inventory management, customer service and stock replenishment support for our clients in County Cavan.
Job Responsibilities:
* Maintaining fast-moving items stock levels.
* Providing accurate quotations to customers.
* Responding to day-to-day customer enquiries.
* Part sourcing and collecting of parts from local suppliers.
* General administration tasks as required.
* Processing customer orders from initial enquiry to delivery.
* Creating and maintaining efficient management reports.
* Negotiating with suppliers.
* Managing supplier relationships.
* Maintaining ERP systems.
* Contributing to continuous improvement processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong product knowledge for MRO and engineering consumables.
* Excellent sales and customer relationship development skills.
* Effective negotiating and purchasing skills.
* Methodical and well-organized approach, strong knowledge of management systems.
* Current driving licence.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel/IT literate.
