Logistics & Customer Service Administrator
for our client based in
Carlow Town.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start or develop their career in logistics, order processing, and customer support within a busy and growing operation.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process customer sales orders and prepare all dispatch documentation
Coordinate daily with the warehouse team and couriers to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment
Communicate delivery schedules, delays, and updates to the sales team
Handle customer calls and emails professionally, resolving queries promptly
Assist with accounts administration and monthly stock takes
Support general office administration and learn new systems and processes to improve workflow
Essential Criteria
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Sage 200 is an advantage
Some experience in office administration, customer service, or a logistics environment
