Role Summary

The Aftersales Advisor role is crucial in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

* Organize daily service bookings efficiently.
* Provide a warm welcome to customers in the Service department and foster a positive experience.
* Review vehicle and customer history to identify potential additional work requirements.
* Prepare accurate quotations for vehicle servicing and maintenance needs.
* Ensure prompt follow-up with customers via email or phone calls to maintain satisfaction and manufacturer standards.
* Work towards meeting monthly workshop labour and parts sales targets.
