Salesforce Technical Manager — Hybrid
€130k–€150k base + bonus

A leading global manufacturer is in the middle of a major digital transformation following two strategic acquisitions in Europe. Salesforce is at the heart of this strategy, integrated with Infor ERP on the backend. We're now seeking an
experienced Salesforce Technical Manager
to lead the architecture, integration, and delivery of our Salesforce ecosystem at a pivotal point in our journey.

* Work directly with senior leadership and programme sponsors.

What You'll Do
* Own the Salesforce technical roadmap and architecture.
* Lead solution design and integrations with ERP (Infor) and other core systems.
* Manage, mentor, and expand the internal Salesforce team.
* Provide hands-on technical leadership across configuration, custom development, and architecture.
* Support strategic use cases like CPQ, advanced pricing, quoting, and AI enablement.
* Oversee delivery of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (full integration targeted within the next year).
* Reduce technical debt and build for long-term scale.
What You Bring
* Senior-level Salesforce architecture expertise with relevant certifications (ideally on the path to CTA).
* Deep experience in
Sales Cloud, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and Revenue Cloud / CPQ
.
* Strong ERP integration knowledge (Infor preferred).
* Track record in leading hybrid teams and delivering in complex, non-greenfield environments.
* Strong commercial mindset, connecting technical design to business outcomes.
* Excellent communicator in multinational, cross-functional settings.
