If you're motivated, hands-on, and ready to take a leadership role in afast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you.Role OverviewAs the Finishing Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operationsof our finishing area, ensuring production deadlines are met while maintaining the higheststandards of quality. You will oversee a range of finishing processes and equipment, and leada small team to deliver consistent, accurate results.Key Responsibilities• Supervise daily activities in the finishing department• Operate and oversee equipment including:o Laminatorso Mounting tableso Weeding stationso Guillotineso Fotoba cutterso Die-cutting machines• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards• Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines• Train, support, and develop finishing staff• Maintain a safe and organized working environment• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance as neededSkills & Qualifications• Previous experience in large format print finishing (required)• working knowledge of laminating, cutting, mounting, and related processes• Experience operating guillotines, Fotoba systems, and die-cutting machinery• Ability to lead, motivate, and direct a team• Excellent attention to detail and quality control• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced production environment• Good communication and time-management skillsPlease contact: John Lloyd
