Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Ireland Transfer Agency Finance & Banking Services, the Dividends & Rebates Manager will lead a multi‑location team responsible for the delivery of dividend distributions and rebate processing across our Dublin and Limerick offices. This role demands a strategic mindset, operational rigour, and a commitment to excellence in client service and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
* Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Dividends & Rebates team, ensuring timely and accurate execution of deliverables.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 9–10 partners (including 7–8 direct reports), fostering a culture of inclusion, engagement, and high performance.
* Manage recruitment, performance appraisals, and career development initiatives.
* Represent the team in client service and due diligence meetings and other internal and external forums.
* Drive strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with departmental goals.
Operational Oversight & Compliance
* Ensure full adherence to client service standards, regulatory obligations, and internal policies.
* Manage the impact of strategic, regulatory, and operational changes on dividend and rebate processes.
* Provide oversight of outsourced teams, ensuring quality and consistency across jurisdictions.
Risk Management & Reporting
* Lead the incident management process for Dividends and Rebates, ensuring timely reporting and root‑cause analysis.
* Implement risk‑based solutions to mitigate recurring issues.
* Coordinate responses to internal and external audits, including Trustee and Compliance reviews.
* Maintain robust control frameworks and contribute to governance reporting.

Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience managing deadline‑driven financial operations.
* Transfer Agency experience is advantageous.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of mentoring and coaching teams.
* Deep understanding of client service delivery and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.
* Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive process optimisation.
